Investigation object: realization of shipping companies' strategies through the projects. The subject of investigation: processes of management in the projects of shipping companies' development. Methods of investigation: the system approach, methods of general theory of management, strategic management and theory of project management. The model shipping companies' development which was worked out provides acceptance of the interconnected sequence of the administrative decisions for effective realization of the strategies planning. The projects classification at the points of definition the structure of the projects of development allows completely display their features. The concept of life cycle of the projects shipping companies' of development was concreted according the definition of operational phase. Methodical provision of processes projects of planning on the basis of modelingcash flows according their dynamics was worked out; methodical provision of processes of implementation and controlling for the estimation of critical meanings of projects parameters, and also processes projects closing were worked out.
