The object of study – innovative activity of the person. The purpose of study is theoretical substantiation and experimental check of opportunities of formation of psychological readiness of the person to innovative activity. The methods: the theoretical analysis, methods of empirical research and forming experiment. Novelty: basing on principles of system and creation in psychology, the original model of formation of psychological readiness of the person to innovative activity is developed; the conducting role of ability to self-correction of person position is found out; the development of author's psycho-diagnostic techniques directed on research of features of person activity of the experts in conditions innovative changes is carried out. The theoretical value of work: the influence of ability to self-correction of person position on psychological readiness to innovative activity is determined; the directions of formation of psychological readiness of the person to innovative activity in conditionsof a training are established. The practical value of work is defined by expansion of a spectrum of effective methods of development of innovative potential of the person in conditions of a psychological training, the modular programs of trainings are developed. The subject and degree of the introduction: the results of research are used in educational process of the Kiev National University by Taras Shevchenko. Efficiency of the introduction - high.
