Duleba A. Increase of efficiency of restoration of gear wheels plastic deformation

Dissertation is devoted to the problem of efficiency gear wheels renewal by plastic deformation. The possibility of forming the butt end face structure indents by plastic deformation was theoretically prowed and practically confirmed. The device for forming the involute butt end face structure indents is modernized due to the changing of kinematic chart of rolling knot which allowed to reduce labour intensiveness and to increase the quality of gear-wheels renewal of the inconstant engagement. The culculations methods of instrument geometric parameters for forming involute face and butt end indents surface by the rolling method which allowed to increase their renewal accuracy and facilitate rollers culculation were worked out. Technological process was developed and optimal regimes of gear-wheels inconstant engagement renewal by plastic deformation were determined. Mechanical properties of renewed details that influence their wear resistance were investigated. Stand and natural tests which confirmed theoperating reliabillity of renewed details were held.
