The thesis is dedicated to development of system models and methods of estimation of object reconsruction projects realizability by building organization on the stage of choosing of contractor in order to provide its stable functioning in the course of while projects realization. A scientific and methodical basis and the system of models of estimation of object reconsruction projects realizability by building organization on the use of methods of forms identification, models and strategy for optimization of discrete programming tasks on a choice of projects, future changing of negotiated prices in preparing of contract and making of prescriptive and reference base on the basis of theory of planning experiment are worked out. Optimization model of resource supply of project realization for estimation of risks by methods of game theory, a structural correlation model for analysis and forecasting of a prime cost and as well a monitoring strategy of risk estimation and economical efficiency of investmentprojects are suggested.
