Rozhkova L. The realization of the policy of ukrainizatsii on the Left Bank of Ukraine (20-30s years of the XX century).

Research object - policy in a natsionalno-kulturnoy sphere which was conducted by soviet guidance on Ukraine in 20-30s years ХХ century Research target - to analyze and generalize experience of policy of ukrainizatsii of state establishments, party and public organizations, educational, scientific and cultural establishments. The practical value of work consists of the use of materials of dissertation for further research of history nationally - cultural processes on Ukraine, in preparation of lectures and special courses on history of Ukraine and its separate regions. The dissertation is devoted to the complex investigation of ukrainizatsii policy in 20-30s years of the XX century on the Left Bank of Ukraine. It investigates the policy of ukrainizatsii in all main directions on the basis of a lot of sources and literature. The historical sources and theoretical backgrounds of bolshevic policy in ukrainizatsii policy are defined, and ideological struggle connected with the policy of national and cultural construction is analyzed. The dissertation also studies the legal basis and material and technical supply of the policy of ukrainizatsii. The main directions, methods and results of policy realization are researched. The chief attention is paid to the analyses of objective and subjective difficulties and regional peculiarities in ukrainizatsii of state organs, educational establishments, science and culture, The author investigates the reasons of change in bolshevic national-cultural policy at the beginning of 30s years leading to shortening of ukrainizatsii policy.
