Essay

Object - Defining and regulation of potentially dangerous enterprises' ecological and economic security. Purpose: To improve theoretical and methodological approaches and practical recommendations relating to the estimation of potentially dangerous enterprises and ecological and economic regulation of their activities with a view of a sustainable development conception. Methods: Analytical, logical, a generalization, economical-statistical, economical-mathematical, graphical. Novelty: For the first time a structural logical model of ecological and economic estimation of potentially dangerous enterprises on the basis of a probability analysis was elaborated and that gives the opportunity of systemic defining and regulating of risks degree depending upon scenarios of development of natural and man-caused catastrophes. Results: Improvement of theoretical and methodological approaches to ecological and economical estimation of potentially dangerous enterprises. Introduced at AZOT Open Joint Stock Company,governmental institutions and at educational process.
