Kuhtenko O. Composition and formulation of the suppositories combined action "Proctopantesin" for medical treatment of proctologic diseases

The thesis is devoted to the scientific-methodical approach for suppositories creation of complex action for their application in proctology has been developed. The composition of a complex preparation in form of suppositories "Proctopantesin" has been theoretically and experimentally grounded. On the basis of complex biopharmaceutical, physical-chemical, pharmaco-technological and biological studies, optimal technology and suppositories standardization methods for proctologic diseases treatment such as proctit, hemorrhoid, anal crack have been developed. The stability of the suppositories during the process of its storing has been studied. The preclinical studies of the developed suppositories under the cod name "Proctopantesin" have been carried out. Specific activity and harmlessness of preparation have been proved
