The definition of "social protection of population" was improved; the connection of definitions "social protection of population" and "social security" was set; the list of organizational-legal forms and types of social protection of population is specified and their accordance was set; classification's sings and types of social risks was added. The system of monitoring public organizations - partners of executive bodies of local self-government and local state administration was improved. The methodical approach to the estimation of the level realization social projects, witch are financed from budget resources at the basis of integral index was suggested; with the help of witch is possible to estimate realization social projects of public organizations with quantity and quality parameters.
