In this dissertation is investigated devouted the state of scientific working out and is defined the base from original sources on the duestion of the armed fight. It is established the dependence of process of adjustment of Ukrainian - Polich military cooperation upon available preconditions, degrees of their influence on the necessity of reformation of the Army of the UPR on the models of the leading western states. It is reverberated the chronology of the fighting operations and it is performed staged analysis of the Ukrainian - Russian antagonism during the period of the Russian - Polish war. It is given the analysis the resuls of the activities the leaders according to the reorganization of the Armi of the UPR under conditions of war.It is shown some peculiarities of Ukrainian rebellion movement, which was coordinated by the state and Military Powers of the UPR during Russian - Polish war.
