The dissertations work is devoted to questions of improvement of technology of transportations cargo by cars of the operator companies on transport the market. System of criteria for the first time is offered which keeps resources at unctioning of technology functioning of the operator company. On base formalizations of technology of interaction railways and operator companies are constructed the diagrams of dependence of park of own cars from volume of transportations of cargoes, revolution and static loading. On the basis of mathematical model constructed on to base of networks Petry with indistinct entrance by the data, is developed keeps resources technology of transportations in cars operator companies.
