Object of research - community-acquired pneumonia.The purpose - the issue of improving effectiveness and safety of treatment of the patients suffering from community-acquired pneumonia with risk factors. Methods of research - clinical, functional, imunogical, mathematical-statistical methods. Results - the clinical features of community-acquired pneumonia (CAP) for ill with risk factors are studied. The changes in the immunity condition of patients suffering from CAP depending on the specific risk factor have been highlighted. Changes in the cytokine levels with CAP patients with risk factors have been investigated along with their dynamics under the influence of the treatment. The role of low-molecular physiologically active substances (LPAS) in the course of CAP and their effect on immunity condition have been investigated.
