The dissertation is devoted to research of the foreign trade connections of Northern Black Sea Coast in the end of XIX - the beginning of XX century. The general characteristic of a condition of economy, internal and foreign trade of Russian empire is given. The place of seaports in region is opened. The customs policy of an imperial regime and its influence on the foreign economic parameters of Northern Black Sea Coast is considered.
