It was investited morphologic background for development of infections inflammatory process in kidneys, the peculiarities of clinical course and diagnostics of chronic kidney disease: non-obstructive pyelonephritis in aged and old patients. It was determintd, that age reconstruction in renal tissue, beginning at microcirculatory level, damages trophic processes and creates a background for chronization of infectious inflammatory process in kidneys, development of arterial hypertension and renal insufficiensy.
