The thesis is devoted to the study the clinical and laboratory characteristics, morphological basis, endothelial dysfunction, functional status, status of renal hemodynamics and morphological characteristics of erythrocytes in urine sediment in children with erythrocyturia on the background glomerulopathy. The aim of the study was to improve the differential diagnostics of kidney diseases by determining the nosological basis of erythrocyturia in patients of children's age. According to the results of nephrobiopsy in children with erythrocyturia, patients with glomerulonephritis, and hereditary nephritis, IgA-nephropathy was diagnosed in 48.4% of patients, the disease of thin basement membranes - in 29.0% of patients, and Alport syndrome - in 22.6%. It was established that in children with erythrocyturia, with clinically diagnosed glomerulonephritis, in the urine sediment was dominated the unmodified red blood cells (44,4%), dismorphic erythrocytes (42,2%), and acanthocytes (13,3%) and in patients with clinically established diagnosis of hereditary nephritis dismorphic red blood cells made (52,2%), not changed erythrocytes – (26,1%), acanthocytes – (21,7%).
