Novychenko S. Renal blood circulation peculiarities of disturbances in chronic kidney disease patients with arterial hypertension

It was studied result of investigate color duplex dopplerography, peculiarities of the imbalance influence of indices of free-radical oxidation; lipid imbalance, morphofunctional properties of the blood erythrocytes, as well as indices of the growth factors – transforming growth factor – β (TGF–β) and vascular (VEGE) of the blood and urine on the state of dopplerographic indices in CKD patients with AH II degree.The results of investigation detected impoverishment of intrarenal blood flow, manifested mostly on the level of a.interlobaris and characterized by Vs, Vd, decrease of BFMR and Vvol indices, increase of IR index, in all DN patients suffering from CKD with AH II degree presence at visualization projection of the kidney by means of color duplex image. In this work it has been proved that combipril use in treatment of CKD I and IIstage patients with arterial hypertension during 1 year contributes to credible improvement of the renal blood flow indices (Vs, Vd, Vvol, BFMR, IR) (p<0.05) of the small vessels of the kidney ( on the level of a.interlobaris).
