In this research the system of girls-teenagers' gender up-bringing in Great Britain, their socialization in educational establishments and youth organizations are investigated, modern girls-teenagers' gender up-bringing technologies are analysed. For logical provement of British girls-teenagers' gender up-bringing the historic-genetic analyse of being and development of system of girls-teenagers' gender up-bringing above country has been done. It is proved that gender education of girls-teenagers of Great Britain arose up as a result of search of effective ways of overcoming gender problems. In this connection the special role is given to school, where preparation to life is got by most girls-teenagers. It is explored, that the sources of modern school of gender education of girls-teenagers lie in the intellectual and pedagogical legacy of people of the British islands. An analysis of the context of secondary education and pedagogical technologies applied for forming of gender culture of girls-teenagers grounds to assert that the system of gender education of girls-teenagers of Great Britain is based on the laws of unity of the world, intercommunication and interdependence of the phenomena, from where the British teachers find out the principles of its organization: gender identity, gender self-determination, which are the basis of the unpreconceived attitude toward personality regardless of its sex, and also humanizing, continuity, complicity. Research allowed to define that in state documents on gender education of girls-teenagers which determine its development in the country, above all things, the attention is given to forming of gender culture which contains in itself the following base components: gender self-identification of personality as first step to self-realization and self-education, acquiring of girls' knowledge about the potential possibilities, psychophysiological, sociocultural features, awareness of gender self-value of labour, education of industriousness, forming of readiness to the competition at the market of economic and creative independence, education of character, forming of self-respect, faiths in the forces, self-esteems, ability to define vital prospects and realize them in accordance with moral values. Practical recommendations are developed to perspective directions of improvement of the system of gender education of girls-teenagers of Ukraine taking into account positive British experience.In this research some practical recommendations on the creative application of the British experience to reform the system of girls-teenagers' gender up-bringing in Ukraine have been worked out.
