Gayevs'ka V. Projects management System of Reforming and Development of Dwelling and Housing Construction Cooperative Societies and Associations of owners of block-of-flat houses.

The thesis deals of with development of system, methods, means and project management models of Reforming and Development of Dwelling and Housing Construction Cooperative Societies (DHCCS) and Associations of Block-of-flat Houses (AOBH). The "Basic project - monoprojects" model of the system is developed for projects management of project oriented organization and DHCCS, AOBH. On the ground of the basic project (level 1) are developed and implementedunique monoprojects (level 2) for concrete DHCCS and AOBH with different social and engineering data. Structural and functional components of projects management system are worked out. A projects structural model is developed . 16 basis work packages are proposed. Criteria for competence and attainments estimation of projects managers and DHCCS, AOBH. Flows of money in DHCCS, AOBH, internal plumbing and heating system maintainability of the houses are investigated. Possibility of prediction of projects resource supplies is defined. Informationtechnology and corresponding software for management of reforming and development of DHCCS and AOBH. Testing and implementation of the research results and implemented into practice.
