Object of research: process of use of labour potential on makro-, mezo- and a microlevel. The purpose of dissertational work is development of theoretical, scientific - methodical and organizational - economic bases of the mechanism of quality management of a labour life in Ukraine. Methods of research: a dialectic method of scientific knowledge and general scientific research receptions, methods of the complex, system, structurally functional analysis, dialectic, historical and logic approaches, methods of generalization, an economic - statistical method, a method of sociological and expert interrogation. Theoretical results: deepening of theoretical, scientific - methodical, organizational - economic bases of the mechanism of quality management of a labour life on makro-, mezo-and microlevels. Practical results: theoretical and methodological positions of the dissertation are a scientific substantiation of maintenance of realization of the mechanism of quality management of a labour life in Ukraine.Scientific novelty: the mechanism of quality management of a labour life in Ukraine is proved; the theoretical essence of concept " quality of a labour life " is advanced; the scientific - methodical base of measurement and an estimation of a degree of quality of a labour life is advanced; theoretical bases of quality management of a labour life at the factory level are advanced; the system of parameters of measurement of components of quality of a labour life as a basis of monitoring of results of activity of the state enforcement authorities is advanced; has received the further development a scientific substantiation of legal maintenance of the mechanism of quality management of a labour life. Degree of introduction: results research are used by the Ministry of Work and Social Policy of Ukraine; Committee on Questions of Social Policy and Labour of the Verkhovnaya Rada of Ukraine; Secretary of the President of Ukraine; Donetsk Regional State Administration; the Donetsk Regional Center of Employment; Open Society "Mariupol Metallurgical Combine of a name of Ilyich "; Open Society " Donetsk Metallurgical a Factory " and also in educational process in Donetsk National University.
