On the basis of researches of farmacо-technological and physical and chemical properties of operating matter - powder of amid bensolsulfagidrasid oxalic acid is developed and improved composition and technology of production of antidiabetic preparation - tablets of glisulfasid, intestinal coating. Well-proven stability of preparation in the process of storage. The methods of high-quality and quantitative determination of glisulfasid are developed in the tablets of the improved composition and thdeveloped analytically-normative documentation on the tablets of glisulfasid. Pharmacological researches set the expressed specific activity offered medication at treatment of іndependent of insulin sugars diabetes
