Research object - infectious ovine epididymitis, chlamydioses of sheep, specific prophylaxis. Arin and purpose: arin of scientific researches - in theory and experimentally ground arguments on the combined inoculation inactivated vaccines against infectious ovine epididymitis and chlamydioses, to develop and test the experimental standards inactivated vaccine against infectious ovine epididymitis and chlamydial infections. Research methods - retrospective analysis and clinic-epizootic inspection for the exposure of distribution and motion of chlamydioses and Br. ovis infections on sheep, serodiagnosis and bacteriological research for determination of infected animals, biological experiment on laboratory and agricultural animals, culture of causative agents chlamydioses in chicken embryos and Br.ovis infection on nutrient medium, polymerase chain reaction, statistical analysis of results of reserches. Equipment: centrifuge, thermostat, balance, refrigerator, ovoscope, water camera. Scientific novelty ofthe got results: theory and experimentally comparison the combined inoculation of inactivated vaccines against infectious ovine epididymitis and chlamydial infections, a inactivated vaccine is developed against the noted infections. Made experimental series of vaccine were little reactogenicity and immunogenicity in experiments on guinea-pigs and sheep. Recognized іmmunogenicity of inactivated bi-vaccine was provided combination of inactivated vaccine with the elementary bodies of Chlamydia in a concentration 106,5 - 107,9 ELD50 and inactivated suspense of cages of exciter Brucella ovis in an eventual concentration 5,0 x 109 PFU. Practical value of the got results: the role of infectious ovine epididymitis and chlamydial infections in the decline of level of recreation in explored sheeps farms. Stability of іmunogennostі of culture Br. ovis in composition of inactivated bi-vaccine. Certainly parameters of making and control of inactivated bi-vaccine on the basis of the use of inactivated suspensee of cultureBrucella ovis of strain 67/B and inactivated vaccine against chlamydial abortion.
