Sorokova V. Role of bacterium Clostridium perfringens in poultry pathology

Тhe object of researches - poultry clostridiosis. The purpose - definition of role of bacterium Clostridium perfringens in poultry pathology. Methods of researches: epizootological, clinical, bacteriological, patologimorfological, biochemical, stаtistical. Theoretical and practical outcomes: the study poultry clostridiosis course in the experiment and under the natural conditions of poultry enterprise. In isolated epizootic clostridiosis contagions strains - C. perfringens - biological properties and virulence have been studied, sensitivity to antibiotics has been determined. Dependence of disease manifestation on contagions site of entry into a chickling organism has been ascertained. Quantitative and qualitative variations of intestine microflora of chicklings having clostridiosis have been studied in the dynamics. The effect of artificial C. perfringens infecting of chickling on morphometric indices of principal organ of immune - competent system and suprarenal gland have been ascertained. Pathanomic and pathomorphic changes resulting from clostridiosis contagions infecting of chickling have been studied. Quantitative dynamics of biochemical indices of blood serum in chicklings artificially infected by C. perfringens has been determined. Routine tests of chickling clostridiosis propfilaxis schemes have been carried out using antibiotics and probiotics. Novelti: in the dissertation at first presented the data about diseases and mortality in the time of poultry clostridiosis. At firstly in Ukraine the biochemical indices of blood serum in chicklings, pathanatomic and pathomorphic changes resulting from clostridiosis contagions infecting of chickling have been studied іn dynamics.
