Ponomarenko D. Peculiarities of mycoplasma and virus avium infection in under southeastern Ukraine poultry farms conditions

The object of investigations is respiratory mycoplasma and infectious bronchitis avium pathogens. The aim of the work is to determine the role associated mycoplasma and IB avium infection in aetiology of avium diseases, to reveal the peculiarities of this association duration on poultry farms of various productivity trends taking into account all constituent parts of associated infection and their influence on poultry immune system to optimize diagnostics of associated respiratory mycoplasma and infectious bronchitis avium. Methods of investigations: epizootic, clinical, pathologoanatomic, serological, bacteriological, immunological, histomorphological, biological and statistical. Scientific novelty - epizootic situation as to mycoplasma of chickens as well as associative duration of this infection with avium IBV. Under production and experimental conditions the negative effect of mycoplasma upon postvaccination immunity formation as to IBV. For the first time the character of immunological and blood indexes changes under circulation in stock of Mycoplasma and IBV. For the first time it was also stated the level of histomorphological changes in immunocompetent organs under infectioning chickens with mycoplasma and IBV in mono as well as in associations. On the basis of serological and immunological monitorings and conducted studies of immunocompetent organs histostructure recommendations were worked out for determining of birds immune system state to optimize diagnosing of associated mycoplasma and IB duration. Theoretical and practical results: introduction into diagnostics of associated infections, along with basic methods, of immunological and histomorphological criteria estimation the effect of pathogens. The results of experimental investigations are used methodological recommendations "Determining the immunological and histological indexes under associated respiratory mycoplasma and infectious bronchitis avium duration", that were adopted by scientific counsel of Lugansk National Agrarion Universityand Lugansk regional veterinary administration in 2006 and are recommended to be used by veterinary laboratories and poultryfarms.
