The dissertation is devoted to questions the improvement of theory the designing fastened underwater systems, that consists of ship-carrier, flexible element and remotely operated vehicle. Substantiated ways to improvement of exactness and validity of mathe-matical model, showing up and make an rigidity in bending of the transversal traversal of flexible element, hydrostatical pressure and other construction and operating descriptions the fastened underwater system and outward loadings with the spatial form of flexible element. Mathematical dependences are offered for determination the trajectory to moving the underwater vehicle. A construction is offered and make an investigation specialized underwater-technological complex for prompt delivery loads on sea-bottom during the leadthrough of hydrotechnical works and building underwater sarcophaguses for ecologically dangerous objects.
