Essay

Object of research: organization of payment of work at the present stage functioning of economy of Ukraine. The purpose of research: generalization of theoretical thesises and development of the practical recommendations by definition and perfection of organizational and economic methods of regulation of wages. Methods of research: the system and statistical analysis, mathematical statistics, statistical modelling and forecasting, comparison, synthesis. Theoretical and practical results: a deepening and perfection of scientific, theoretical and practical thesises of organizational and economic methods of regulation of wages in modern conditions. The offered methods of inculcation untariff system of payment of work and regulation of regional minimal wages will allow to improve the mechanism of social protection of the workers, to motivation of productive work of different categories of the workers of all forms of ownership and to create complete system of social guarantees for the working population. The theoretical conclusions are lead up to a level of the concrete recommendations assisting improvement of financial results and optimization of use of fund of payment of work, have found practical application: in activity of the enterprises of central board of transport, communication and information of the Kiev urban state administration; on private enterprises, in educational process at teaching courses on economic disciplines. Scientific novelty: on the basis of generalization of the theoretical approaches and practical experience the basic functions of wages and its role in system of stimulation of work are analysed. The theoretical basis is offered and the complex of measures on an establishment of regional minimal wages basing the concept of the account of territorial differences of reproduction of a labour and simultaneously state guarantees of social protection of the workers is developed. On the basis of the critical analysis of experience of the economically advanced countries the expediency of useof its separate elements in Ukraine is grounded. The methodical recommendations concerning inculcation of system of social partnership and collective-contracted regulation of wages are developed and the variant untariff system of payment of work for the enterprise is grounded. Sphere of use is the activity of research establishments on a structure of scientific work in sphere of the labour relations; bodies of state management of all levels; the enterprises of different forms of ownership; higher educational institutions.
