Cheremisin O. Activity of bodies of city public management of Kherson, Nikolaev, Odessa in 1785-1870

The object of research is a social political and public political life of Kherson, Nikolaev, Odessa in 1785-1870 years. The aim is to display аctivity of bodies of the city public management in 1785-1870 years. The subjec of research: processes of organization and economic аctivity as important components of work of bodies of the city public management, maintenance of needs of local inhabitants. The methods of research: analysis, synthesis, comparison, systematization, genetic, descriptive, system-structural. The results of research and novelty: legal acts which regulated the activity of bodies of the city public management, the formation and development of self-managing establishments are analyzed. The characteristics of government policy in self-government, specificity of the expression of interests of local population, mutual relations with bodies of class self-management are defined. The main attention in the research is given to the economic and financial aspects of activity of the self-managing establishments. Preparation, the course and results of elections, structure of municipal dumas and the work of the agencies are analyzed. The sphere of usage: writing of summarizing labours, train aids during the reading of courses of history of Ukraine; using in state policy.
