Shkoda N. The place and role of the Ukrainian drama theatre in the national and cultural rebirth in the second half of the XIX - the beginning of the XX century

The object of research: national and cultural processes in the over-Dnieper Ukraine in the second half of the XIX - the beginning of the XX century. The aim of research: to determine the place and role of Ukrainian professional theatre and amateur dramatic groups in the national and cultural rebirth, to reveal characteristics and basic tendencies of their development.The Subjec of research: the place and role of the Ukrainian drama theatre of the over-Dnieper Ukraine in the second half of the XIX - the beginning of the XX century in the national and cultural rebirth. The methods of research: historical, logical, problem-chronological, comparative-historical, retrospective. The results of research and novelty: for the first time the reasons of collapse of first professional group and further split principal drama collectives were analyzed. The reasons and consequences of conflicts between the coryphaeuses of Ukrainian theatre, influence of these processes on the national and cultural rebirth were foundout. The complex of negative factors, which prevented development of national theatre, is investigated. The scales of the theatre relations between the over-Dnieper Ukraine and Galychyna, their forms, character and significance in the process of formation of the indivisible Ukrainian nation were analyzed. The sphere of usage: writing of summarizing labours, train aids, during the reading of courses of history of Ukraine, of history of Ukrainian art and of national and cultural rebirth of the second half of the XIX - the beginning of the XX century.
