The dissertation wath devoited to investigation of the peculiarities of thyroid gland structure under the influence of the high levels of glucocorticoids and Bisphosphonatе «Zometa». Contemporary methods of scientific research allowed us to figure out that increased level of glucocorticoids lead to the morpho-functional changes of thyroid gland in rats of the any age and those changes are noted at all structural kewels of this organ arrengment. Prescription of «Zometa» permits to decrease negative effects of glucocorticoids.
