Essay

Thesis is devoted to studying regularities of morphofunctional changes in kidneys of animals in conditions of isolated and combinated influence of ionized radiation and heavy metal salt. Firstly using complex morphofunctional investigation, the regularities of reconstruction and peculiarities of destruction and containing chemical elements of rats’ kidneys in a condition of influence ionized radiation and using of higher number of heavy metal salt are discovered. The destruction on organic, cellular and subcellular levels in kidneys’ incrustation substance in condition of modeling ecological activity were studied.
