Investigation object: state of the reproduction system and their neuroendocrine regulation of rats-males, offspring of mothers stressed on the early stages of pregnancy. The purpose: to determine the pathogenetic role of social stress of mothers at early stages of pregnancy in occurrence of disturbance of intra-uterine development, postnatal state and neuroendocrine mechanisms of regulation of reproductive system at offspring; to estimate possibilities and to suggest approaches to preventive maintenance of a pathology of a reproduction at offspring of mothers stressed at early stages of pregnancy. Methods: physiological, pathophysiological, biochemical, radioimmunological,, histological. Negative influence of social stress on implantation of embryos at females and intra-uterine development of their offspring is established. Disturbance of sexual development of male-offspring as a result of stress of mothers determines long changes in structure and functions of reproductive organs, and also reduces sexual activity and fertility, simultaneously with activation serotoninergic mechanisms of regulation of the reproduction. The mother's stress causes changes in stress-reactivity of adult male offspring . It has shown the opportunity of preventive therapy of functional disorder of a reproduction at offspring by vitamin E. Field of application: medical and biologic institution because the results can serve as a theoretical substantiation for search of means and methods of preventive maintenance and correction of disturbances of reproductive system; to be used by development of new actions on social protection of future mothers; for allocation of groups of risk concerning occurrence of disturbances of reproductive function; in course of lectures on physiology, endocrinology, sexual pathology, andrology.
