235 histories of diseases and 104 hospitalized patients with community-acquired pneumonia (CAP). The aim of research is to improve the approach to the treatment and diagnostic CAP considering clinical and etiological factors.The particularities of clinical and etiological course of CAP in hospitalized patients are presented in the work. It was showed that intake the oral antibiotic monotherapy is enough for the patients who has to treat ambulatory. It was determined that stepwise antibacterial therapy is rational for the patients who have to treat in the hospital. The necessity of considering the secondary diseases and risk factors for the prescribing the antibacterial treatment was determined. It was revealed the etiological factors of CAP and antimicrobial drugs susceptibility were obtained.For the first time was analyzed the particularities of course the CAP, estimated clinical and laboratory characteristic of disease. It was evaluated different ways to the treatment of CAP in the hospital. It was revealed the etiological factors of CAP and obtained the antimicrobial drugs susceptibility. The analyze the particularities of course the CAP depends on etiological factor, secondary diseases, the reasons of hospitalization and other risk factors was carried out for the first time.
