The aim of research: to develop the groups of physical condition at patients with COPD on the base of clinical-instrumental criteria of functional condition of pulmonary and cardiovascular system for work capacity grade identification and recommendations for a job process. Methods: clinical investigation, instrumental, laboratory, static ones. Theoretical and practical results: there were founded out criteria that permit to prove diagnostic of the functional condition of pulmonary and cardiovascular systems on the base of complex analysis of oxygen supply rates of physical load, more objectively to examine the work capacity, the efficiencies of rehabilitation activities and maximum effective rehabilitation programs modulated for the COPD patients. Given approach to identify the groups of physical condition of patients with COPD maximally approximate to the working grade classification. This classificationsimplifies of using those grades at general clinical practice and can use at workability expertise and prevention of invalidation for the COPD patient. Novelty: For the first time, it was founded the informative criteria complex of functional condition of pulmonary and cardiovascular systems on physical load conditions according to bronchial obstruction level and stage of disease for working recommendations. For the first time, it was proposed the identification of work capacity decreasing at the patients with COPD on the base of corresponding of functional condition of pulmonary and cardiovascular systems to the level of physical ability of patients at the working place. For the first time, there were developed groups of work capacity of COPD patients to improve recommendations for a job placement.
