Tresnitska V. Сomplex methods of diagnostics and measure of prophylaxis postnatale complications at cows

Object of research: natural persistency of cows dead trees to births and during a postnatal period, reproductive func-tion of cows. Purpose of research: improvement and development of effective complex methods of diagnostics and measures of prophylaxis of postnatal complications at a measles on a background different terms of maintenance and feeding and taking into account age of animals and level of milk productivity. Methods of research: clinical, physical and chemical, bac-teriological, morpho-cytological, morpho-biochemical, immunological and statistical. Scientific novelty: complex researches are first conducted and set the dynamics of indexes of natural condition of cows with a different physiology state, in different times of year, and its change at physiology and pathological current of the postnatal period. On the basis of morphological, immunological, cytological, biochemical and clinical re-searches it is led to that application biologically of active matters (PDE and oestrophan) before births and at first o'clock and days of postnatal period allows to carry out the effective prophylaxis of postnatal complications at a mea-sles and becoming of the reproduced ability of their organ-ism. Degree of introduction: the treatment-and-prophylactic cir-cuit is introduced in four economies of the Lugansk region.
