Methods: clinical, tool, laboratory, statistical. Theoretical and practical results: features of clinical current of chronic obstructive disease of lungs at women of different age groups are presented. The expediency of carrying out of monitoring of function of external breath at women with the lowered level of progesterone, for duly diagnostics COPD and destination bronchodilatation is proved to therapy. Especially at women which trading stations of risk of development COPD (have industrial production, smoking, frequent sharp respiratory diseases). The expediency of gynecologic inspection of women suffering COPD, with the purpose of definition a condition hypothalamus-hypophysis-ovarial systems, and destinations correction is offered to therapy.
