Results of complex morphologic analysis utilization during research of genetic information realization pattern during embryogenesis of pig embryos obtained in vitro are shown. Explanation of cell genetics controls for evaluation of biological completeness of pig embryos development in vitro basing on the research of cells morphological properties during meiosis in mature and immature oocytes in vitro, conditions of nuclear chromatin pig embryos obtained in vitro are provided.
