The thesis deals with aspects of the role of the silkworm genotype in revealing indices of nonspecific resistance and productivity following the effect of low-intensity ultrahigh-frequency and laser radiations at early stages of embryogenesis, the study of the effect of heterosis by a number of quantitative indices at norm and after irradiation, as well as inheritance of radiation effects in subsequent generations.
