Shevchuk T. Structural-functional cardiac changes in experimental dislipoproteidemia and under conditions of its correction with preparations of polytropic effect

The dissertation is devoted to investigation of structural-functional changes of heart in experimental dislipoproteidemia and under conditions of its pharmacocorrection. Experimental dislipoproteidemia causes structural changes of the heart and its components revealing in hypertrophy of the parts of the heart and dilatation of its chambers, thickening of cardiac vascular walls and narrowing of their lumens; decrease of profile square and diameter of cardiomyocytes and their nuclei. Using vinboron aiming dislipoproteidemia correction results in thickness of intramural arteries walls, vascular lumens dilatation, normalization of cytocariometric indices. Pentoxyphillin use contributes to tending to normalization of citocariometric indices. Vinpocetin shows the least efficiency.
