Innovation project realization management based on earned value method which take place in conditions of the working enterprise. Project activity is an universal instrument of business innovation part development. The research methods are system and process approach, mathematic forecasting methods, quality management, knowledge management, dynamic modeling. Scientific novelty is creating new approach to determination project product work innovation, method and model of project cost control in conditions of the working enterprise. Scientific and practical foundation of innovation project realization methodology and internal organization knowledge influence on that processes has received father development. Made statistical research permits to create effective technology of innovation project realization on the base of proposed method and program products. Practical results are that the proposed method, model and instruments of innovation project realization management permit to raise innovation projectrealization management effectiveness in conditions of the working enterprise.
