Rashitova N. Adaptation to the professional activity at public service: social and psychological aspects

The object is the professional activity on the public servants of Ukraine. The goal is scientific grounds of the model of adaptation process of the public servants to the professional activity and elaboration of the practical recommendations for conditions creation for its implementation. The methods: theoretical and empirical investigation, analysis, expert evaluation, system approach, modeling, formalization. The novelty: criteria - methodological base for diagnostics conducting of the public servants adaptation to their professional activity is opened and the relevant descriptive model of the adaptation process is formed; the complex model of the adaptation process of public servants to their professional activity is elaborated; the essence of public servants' adaptation to their professional activity, on the basis on which the author's interpretation of the notion "adaptation of a public servant to the professional activity" is offered, is proved. The results of the given investigation can be usedby the Main Department of the Public Service of Ukraine, Departments of the Main Department of the Public Service of Ukraine in the regions (oblasts), In - service training centers for officials of the state authorities and local government bodies in order to improve public servants activity organization and, also, by scientific research establishments to continue investigations on the thesis issues.
