Nikitenko K. Industrial unpablic sector of Ukraine in the conditions of a new economic policy (1921 - 1928)

In the given thesis the complex investigation of the Ukrainian industrial unpublic sector operation in the conditions of new economic policy has been fulfilled on the wide range basis of the documentary materials and historical literature. The peculiarities of unpublic industry establishing and operating have been researched. Some specific features of its participation in the national economics have been systematized and summarized. The complete analysis of industrial cooperational organization and its development as the unseparable part of economic public sector has been done. The ideological, political and economic problems of the industrial cooperation have been pointed out. The transformation specific character, industrial cooperation change as an addition of the command-administrative system have been characterized. The specific feature of the private business public regulation in industry has been clarified. The peculiarities of administrative-economic means of proprietor displacing and liquidating and the dependence of the industrial unpublic sector development on the changes in the state political and economic programme has been analyzed.
