Gutorov O. Improvement of legislative regulation for psychoactive substances' turn-over in private sector of regional drugstores network.

Dissertational work is devoted to development of organizational and regulative measures for improvement of normative & law regulation of psychoactive substances' turn-over in private sector of regional drugstores network on a base of conclusive pharmacy and pharmaceutical law. Scientific literature data concerning interaction of social management and morality in a system of legal relations "doctor-patient-pharmacist" of private drugstore network was analyzed. Organizational & legal structure of pharmaceutical business activity in regional drugstores network was researched. Monitoring of addictive frustration of health and non-medical application of psychoactive substances on example of tramadol on regional level was made. Replacing therapy scheme using tramadol for treatment of addictive health frustrations was proposed. Scientific and practical recommendations for improvement of pharmaceutical legislation in area of psychoactive substances turn-over for introducing it in private sector of regional drugstores network were developed.
