Dissertation is devoted to the ground of the methodological and methodical approaches, related to creation, development and use of intellectual property by the improvement of economic-legal mechanisms forming and commercialization of objects of intellectual property of pharmaceutical enterprises in the markets conditions of management. A case frame by the process of commercialization is developed in pharmacy and the chart of stage-by-stage commercialization of the works related to creation of new medication is offered. The model of forming of patent strategy of pharmaceutical enterprises is offered, principles of portfolio construction of rights are certain to the objects of intellectual property and the scale of estimation of level of protected of innovative developments is developed in pharmacy. The organizational structure of management by innovative activity is improved and the mechanism of motivation of scientific activity of employees is developed for activation of innovative processes, creationof enterprise structure is offered in the form of internal venture. The mechanism of estimation of objects of intellectual property is grounded in pharmacy and the method of calculation of cost of license is improved.
