Essay

The work is dedicated to the experimental studying of structurally-spatial reorganization of a coronary channel of dogs in conditions of the postresection pulmonary arterial hypertension and its surgical correction. Histologic, stereometric and morphometric researches have established communication of a degree of expressiveness and character of structurally-spatial reorganization of coronary vessels from duration of postoperative supervision. Surgical correction of a pulmonary arterial hypertension by the dosed out narrowing of a pulmonary trunk is accompanied by reduction hemodynamic loadings only on pulmonary vessels that optimizes processes of oxygenation and improves the spatial organization of vessels of heart a little. Application of the dosed out narrowing of a caudalis vena cava allows lowering considerably hemodynamic loading, both on pulmonary vessels, and on the right departments of heart that is favorably displayed on a condition of coronary vessels.
