Essay

The work gives the result of investigation of morphologic and functional changes of skeleton long bones of white laboratory rats in general dehydration condition of organism according to autonomic nerve system. The research were done by morphometric, light microscopic, histological, chemistry-analytic methods and mathematical analysis data. It is exposed of the same type of changes of basic structures and chemical composition of long bones during general dehydration of organism at rats with a different autonomic nervous system type. This shows by growth reduction of long bones, epiphyseal cartilage and its proliferation zone narrowing, reduction of cellular elements amount in growth areas and structural violations. The groups of experimental rats with a diverse type of the vegetative nervous system are exposed in the rates of morphological violations development and losses of chemical elements in long bones. Sympatotonic animals showed the greatest indexes of bone metabolism at easy and middle common dehydration and introduced by highest amount osteotropic microelements, least deficit macroelements, least losses of basic structures of long bones.
