Objekt: Position of teaching and way of life of ukrainian prisoners of war in Central countries camps at time of the First World War. Aim: Investigate organisftion of military-political power in ukrainian prisoner's of war camps. Methods: Analitical, comparative, concretely-historical, problem-chronological. Result: It prooved that national consciousness and teaching people must develop even in military captivity conditions. Use: prepare the course lektures, military education supplies.
