The dissertation is devoted to development, analysis of clinical efficacy of a new way of treatment of children suffering from appendicular peritonitis with usage of intraoperative ultrasonic irradiation of peritoneum and combined influence of efferent methods. Clinical immunological characteristic of particularities of acute peritonitis in children is given in the dissertation. Efficacy of complex treatment of acute peritonitis with usage of barotherapy, plasmapheresis, ultrasonic irradiation of peritoneum has been proven.
