Kumkin I. Civil consent as necessary condition of modern Ukrainian society development

The object (aim) of investigation is the analysis of civil consent as one of the most important factors of social development. This aim is realized through the examination of "acknowledgement" phenomenon as the expression of will to power, as the first step to power authority formation; through the power authority investigation and the authority of power taking as an axiom the statement that the base of any power is violence; through the investigation of publicity phenomenon and intercourse as a premise and condition of civil consent; through the investigation of civil values basis and the establishment of their adaptation mechanism; through the analysis of Ukraine's status in search of the answer to its historical challenge and by considering the ways, forms and methods of civil consent realization. The conducted investigation made it possible to conclude the civil consent opportunity as a new ideology of Ukrainian society under conditions of special transformation processes.
