The methods of cleaning of hydrolysates are developed from hanging and soluble admixtures up. Substantiation efficiency of compatible action of illinsky bentoite and anionic flocculant Magnofloc LT 27 for the previous cleaning of starched hydrolysates from a wheat from the matters of fatty-protein complex, additional discolouring and acceleration of filtration speed. It is set the phenomenon of isoelectric focusing division of hydrolysates. Technology of highsaccharified treacle is developed from a feed-stuff corn wheat.
