Ivanets O. Мodels and algorithms of resource maintenance of research programs of environment's monitoring

The dissertational work is devoted to development of models and algorithms of resource maintenance of research programs of environment's monitoring. New scientific results of the dissertation are: 1) the conceptual model of resource projects maintenance and programs of environment's monitoring which provides complex interaction different kinds of resources (material, investment, labour, informative, intellectual) is offered; 2) algorithms of carrying out constructive technical and economic analysis of realization research programs of environment's monitoring are developed; 3) the technique of resource maintenance in projects of environment's monitoring is developed, which realization allows to optimize material, investment, labour, information, intellectual resources and to receive high end results; 4) the topological model of process of transformation of a material resource which provides optimization of its technical and economic parameters and properties by means of networks Petri for the first timeis offered. The informative and program maintenance of system analytical, practical and applied research of dynamics realization of environment's monitoring, and also the technique of formation of databases and knowledge for processes of planning and accompanying processes of transformation material resources at monitoring an environment are improved during performance of the dissertational work. The further development was received with the techniques of resource maintenance of environment's monitoring and the technique of creation of the computer product of management of processes of maintenance of monitoring of an environment, and also algorithmization of processes of planning and management in projects of monitoring of an environment.
