Essay

Is the first complex investigation of the history of development of the Czech population in the south of Ukraine in the second half of 19th century - the first third of 20th century. With the help of spacious corps of archive sources there have been marked the main reasons of immigration of Czechs from Bohemia and Moravia and the colonization of the south regions of Ukraine by Czechs. The peculiarities of social and economical state of Czechs in the second half of 19th century, and also the changes in the development of Czech settlements in 20-30s of 20th century have been observed.
