Manuscr Candidate's thesis is dedicated to revealing of frequency and spectrum of reproductive losses, specific weight of genetically determined pathology in Lviv region's population with following creation of effective measure's system of preconception prophylaxis and prenatal diagnostics. Among women population of Lviv region decreasing of general amount of registered pregnancies, as well as decreased level of childbirths has been confirmed.
